Our pricing:

Whole Hog

$5.00/lb paid to Silo Hill Farm (butcher fees are paid to the butcher)

Estimated average hanging weight is 180-250 lbs but it could be more or it could be less.

You get to choose your cut preferences and what you want cured or smoked.

Half Hog

$5.25/lb paid to Silo Hill Farm (butcher fees are paid to the butcher)

Estimated average hanging weight is 90-125 lbs but it could be more or it could be less.

You get to choose your cut preferences and what you want cured or smoked.

For example:

 

An average Half Hog (100lbs hanging weight) might cost:

Payment to Silo Hill Farm ($525) + Payment to Butcher ($37.50 + $85) = $647.50

Or, for a whole hog (200lbs. hanging weight):

Payment to Silo Hill Farm ($1000) + Payment to Butcher ($75 + $170) = $1,245.00

We have a limited number of hogs available. Please fill out the form below to inquire about availability.

If we have availability, we ask for a $100 deposit which is applied towards the total payment to Silo Hill Farm. The $100 deposit is non-refundable after 7 days. If the butcher date is within that 7 days it is non-refundable. No exceptions.
